Sea Pines, located on the tip of Hilton Head Island, in Beaufort County, South Carolina, is a 5,000-acre private gated community.  Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound, Sea Pines offers its residents and visitors a wide variety of activities and landscapes to enjoy.  Community Services Associates (CSA) is the property management association that serves the property owners of Sea Pines and manages the operations of the Community. CSA oversees security, maintenance and general care of the plantation. The Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners (ASPPPO) has fiduciary responsibility to represent private property owners in all matters related to shaping and enforcing the covenants.
