Inspector - Sea Pines Architectural Review Board
Part-time
position. Responsible for reviewing active construction projects
for compliance with the plans approved by the ARB for new homes,
additions and pool installations. Ideal candidate should have
working knowledge of general construction practices and ability
to read and interpret architectural plans. Hourly pay negotiable,
position paid bi-weekly.

position. Must have a valid S.C. Drivers License. Some of the
responsibilities are as follows: mowing and manicuring roadsides
and open spaces, road repairs, cleaning catch basins. Hourly pay
