To submit a request for usage of the picnic area located in the Forest Preserve, please complete the information below. Once you have submitted your request, you will hear from us within 24 hours as to whether or not the date and time are available.

 

If there is not a conflict, then you will need to sign a hold harmless agreement releasing CSA from any liability and pay the usage fee. These may be mailed in or dropped off in the Maintenance Department at CSA. ONLY THEN WILL YOUR RESERVATION BE HELD.
