Sea Pines Community Center

The
Community Center is an excellent venue for lectures, seminars,
workshops, social functions. Our staff is happy to assist you
in any way possible. Please call 671-3299 for additional information
or to schedule your event at the Sea Pines Community Center.
All Sea Pines Property Owners are able to use and enjoy the Community
Center for meetings, and social gatherings. Space and time for
regularly scheduled meetings may be reserved for up to a one-year
period.
There is no fee for the use of The Community Center by Sea Pines
organizations, clubs and associations, however, a fee schedule
applies in the following situations:
- The
CSA Staff will be happy to arrange any special set-up
of tables and chairs to your specifications for a nominal
charge.
- If
your group elects to set-up tables and chairs for a particular
function, you must return any room to its original condition
and furniture layout, and all waste and food materials
must be removed.
- Any
function serving food and/or beverages will be charged
a deposit fee and a clean-up fee.
- Audio-visual
equipment is available for a fee.
- Sea
Pines Property Owners may also use The Community Center
for private functions, and will be required to pay a deposit
and clean-up fee.

The Community Center has a main room, 2 activity/conference rooms,
and an art studio. The activity/conference rooms are separated
by a moveable partition allowing the two rooms to become one larger
space. The rooms may be set-up to accommodate a variety of events.
Capacities vary according to the way each room is set up, and
the following may be used as guidelines:

The Community Center
is an excellent location for luncheons, dinners, receptions and
other functions during which food and beverages are served. The
Utility Room offers ample space as a staging area for food service
and contains a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, sink and coffee
maker. Property Owners may use the catering service of their choice.
Caterers will need to provide all items necessary for food presentation,
including warming ovens, utensils, serving dishes, china, glassware
and linens.
